Warranty Statement
Overland Tourers Australia warrants to the original purchaser that our products, when purchased new from authorised Overland Tourers Australia resellers or distributors, are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
In the event of a defect, Overland Tourers Australia will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part that fails to meet the specified performance standards, as set by Overland Tourers Australia. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period, and the product must not have been modified beyond its original delivered state. All claims must be submitted through the original purchasing store or an authorised distributor, unless otherwise arranged with Overland Tourers Australia directly. Proof of purchase must be provided for all warranty claims.
This limited warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks, or dents.
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or external factors, including but not limited to water, fire, or other acts of nature.
Damage caused by services performed by unauthorised individuals or service providers.
Damage to products that have been modified or altered without prior notice to Overland Tourers Australia.
Products that have been improperly installed or used in an unintended manner.
Claims that do not include a valid proof of purchase or original invoice.
Products that have been altered or modified prior to notifying Overland Tourers Australia of any defect or fault.
Overland Tourers Australia reserves the right to inspect the product to determine whether a valid warranty claim exists. Any repairs or replacements provided under this warranty will be made at no cost to the customer for the duration of the warranty period. The decision to repair or replace the product will be at Overland Tourers Australia’s discretion.

Claim Review
We will review your claim and get back to you within 5 business days with next steps.
Approval & Return Instructions
If approved, you may be asked to return the product at your own cost for repair or replacement to an authorised OTA distributor for repair or replacement.
Repair or Replacement
We will repair or replace the product and notify you once it’s ready.
Warranty Form
To submit a warranty claim, all sections of this form must be completed. Please include as much information as possible, including proof of purchase and corresponding photos.
